Julie E. Herring is a decorated Navy veteran with 15 years of experience with the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. She earned her AA in Persian-Farsi from the Defense Language Institute, her BA in History with Honors and Master’s in Library & Information Science from the University of South Florida, her Post-Master’s in Digital Trends and Emerging Technologies from San Jose State University and received her JD on a full scholarship from Barry University. Ms. Herring is an active member of the VFW, American Legion, TeamRWB, and regularly serves pro-bono in Volusia County Veteran’s Court. She is a member of the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and Florida, Orange, and Volusia County Bar Associations.
